Shipping policy

 

Shipping:

– We provide free shipping on all orders above INR 1999/- and INR 100/- for orders below INR 1999/-.

– There are no additional COD Charges for Cash-On-Delivery Orders.

Delivery: All our products are dispatched within 48-72 hrs from our warehouse and once dispatched, it may take up to 2-5 days (most metro cities) &  5-10 days (non-metro or remote areas) to reach your given address. We usually make sure the products reach you within the specified timeline but in case there is any major delay we’ll keep you updated. Also, these timelines do not apply during Festive and End of Season Sales due to the high volume of orders. 

Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail or Whatsapp message with a tracking link. 

IMPORTANT: We use 3rd Party courier service providers for shipping our orders. Any delay at the courier’s end is beyond our control. For any such cases, where the product is stuck in transit or not delivered at the promised time, we would assist you in getting connected with the respective support helpline of the courier company. Unfortunately, expediting a shipment is practically beyond our scope of support and we don’t want to set any false expectations in this matter.
