No Exchange No Return Policy

We do not offer any exchange or return option on any of the products sold by Crystline.There will be no refunds for any reason. All merchandise sold by Crystline are without any guarantee. By making a purchase, you are confirming that you have read and understand our no refunds policy. However, Crystline do offer replacement if the request is generated within 48 hours of delivery of the product. The following criteria’s are to be met for replacement:

1. If the supplied product has a manufacturing defect.
2. The product supplied is different from the product ordered.
3. The customer must supply the proof of purchase or receipt of the product.
4. The product must be in original packaging.
